Inspired by deep history of Kaiseki cuisine and Edomae sushi, Kinme Omakase offers a seasonal tasting menu using traditional cooking techniques as well as new and creative methods as we tell a story of Japan’s bountiful culinary history combined with California's culinary sensibilities. Kinme Omakase's seasonal tasting menu is a culinary journey that celebrates Japan's rich culinary heritage, while also incorporating California's innovative culinary sensibilities, using both traditional and new cooking techniques to create a unique and memorable dining experience.
