Star Noodle opened its doors in February 2010, offering fresh noodles, sake cocktails, and Asian-inspired share plates. Originally located off the beaten track in the Lahaina industrial park, the Maui restaurant created a buzz with local residents and island guests who flocked to sample its unique flavors and family-style dining. Now in its 12th year of operation, star noodle continues to be one of Maui’s most popular eateries. Relocated to its new front street location in November 2020, our guests now enjoy the same great and innovative food paired with fantastic ocean views.
