Paper Dosa

Paper Dosa is a South Indian Restaurant in Santa Fe, NM owned by chef Paulraj Karuppasamy and his wife and business partner, Nellie Tischler. Chef Paulraj is a native South Indian from Tamil Nadu and Nellie grew up in Santa Fe. Together it has become our mission to bring fresh, seasonal and authentic South Indian dishes to our community. Paper Dosa started as a catering business, hosting weekly pop-ups in the Santa Fe area. In March 2015 we began serving 6 days a week at our current location in Santa Fe.
