Our first residency chef, Shaulan Steenson of Uosei, will be running our private dining room every Thursday to Saturday for two evening slots at 1800h and 2030h. There are 6 seats per slot and it will be a sushi omakase experience. It will be priced at £125 per person. Thank you and we hope to see you soon.
