Chef Yanaga or “Philly Sushi Whisperer,” is ready to unveil his 25-course Omakase bar. Omakase is a Japanese Cuisine-style menu that is completely left in the hands of the Chef in the intimate and exclusive eight-seat dining area. Courses include 12 nigiri, 3 modern sushis, 9 amuse, and 1 dessert. Sake and wine pairings tailored to the experience will be offered.
