An ode to the soul of Paris in historic Georgetown, Washington D.C. The menu of Chef Gilles Epié encapsulates his background in contemporary French cuisine with modern, global influences. The food is personal, with an emphasis on sourcing and a minimalist sensibility. Beverage director Hakim Hamid created an easily identifiable, yet dynamic, cocktail menu, bridging the flavors and ingredients between the cocktail list and the food menu. The wide range of wines, curated by Sommelier Samantha McCrimmon, are meant to complement the food, while encouraging guests to expand their arsenal of knowledge in French wines.
