Nearly five years into its voyage, The Waterman Fish Bar remains one of the city’s most trusted seafood brands. Sharing the same DNA as Uptown spot Sea Level NC, The Waterman prides itself on exclusively serving domestic products (Canadian Salmon aside), focusing on the Carolinas. Our original location is located in bustling South End and features indoor dining, patio seating, and a rooftop bar dubbed Topside.
