From an 8ft trestle table in the early days of Borough market and a passion to broaden the culinary horizons of Londoners, we’ve grown through word of mouth, a few leaps, a few mistakes, and a genuine obsession with the food of the Levant. We’ve travelled lots and continue to explore the sun-drenched shores of the East Mediterranean to keep us connected with our passion for the culinary traditions of the Middle-east. And still we discover ancient dishes to comfort our tired bodies and inventive creations that force us to rethink what ‘Levantine’ really means. We’re on a journey, and we’d like to thank everyone who’s supported us, bought a falafel wrap, popped in for a cocktail, bought a meze spread for a party or invested in our future.
