After a long stint of pop ups across London, Bubala has a permanent site in the heart of Spitalfields. Having a party? Why not book our Private Dining Room. We take our inspiration from across the Middle East, with a big focus on the Israeli style of playfulness and inventiveness underpinned by long-standing tradition. The menu also takes its cue from the rich cultures of Turkey, Lebanon and Morocco. Purely vegetarian, we adopt a no substitutes attitude, shunning the synthetic and processed and instead championing the best and most exciting veg we can get our hands on. We work with some of the best wine suppliers in the UK and house a great collection of natural wine and homemade sparkling gazoz.
