Tim’s vision is for his guests to enjoy a casual dining experience that is accessible to everyone, serving delicious well executed food in informal surroundings with a well thought out drinks offer. Sōlō’s dishes are modern, with unique touches, and he lets each flavour-packed core ingredient shine and this informal modern British restaurant reflects Allen’s classical training and international influences.
