Exiles Bar

First time owner/operators Donagh J. Gilhooly, Brian J. Hillery and Karl S. Keane, along with Danny J.Price opened Exiles Bar, a neighborhood restaurant located at 1610 U St., NW, formerly Stetsons Famous Bar & Grill. The group has worked at various locations throughout the metro-area since 2006, most recently at pubs in Arlington and Georgetown. Serving as both a neighborhood tavern and highly acclaimed sports bar, Exiles has emerged as a major player on the U Street scene. Intrinsic links have been fostered, such as partnerships with Penn State DC Alumni chapter, Buffalo Bills, UNC Tar Heels basketball, Liverpool FC (Exiles Reds) and Washington Irish Rugby club, to name but a few.
