The Bermuda Chapter of the cocktail bar created by St. John Frizell takes its form at Cambridge Beaches as a dockside tavern and tropical cocktail bar with a unique dining experience created by Chef Keith DeShields that celebrates roots cuisine. A diverse fusion of flavors with Caribbean and Portuguese influences, the menu is based on recipes passed down for generations and features truly Bermudian dishes including Bermuda shark hash, homemade callaloo pasta, and cedar smoked plantain stuffed wild boar loin.
