Animalón By The Sea

Animalon By The Sea is a 5 course seasonal menu, where Chef Javier Plascencia takes you on gastronomical experience through the flavors of Baja, Mexico. Sea to table. The 3 hour Sunset Journey begins from the Cabo San Lucas Marina, and sails through the Sea of Cortez, with close up sights of the Arch, Lover’s Beach and lots more. Very often we get to share this experience with marine life such as whales, Sea Lions and Dolphins. We also offer the perfect wine pairing for each menu, because we consider food and beverage to be part of an holistic experience, where all the elements interact with each other as a whole.
