We have chosen to maintain the typical character of this area of ​​Milan, famous for being a meeting point for artists, designers, and intellectuals, transmitting this authentic Milanese taste to a lively urban contemporaneity. We want our guests to feel at home, and to have an experience, more than just a stay. On the ground floor, the Pandenus in via Mercato is open from early morning to late evening; our guests will be able to have breakfast here in the morning; in the evening Pandenus becomes an elegant bistro with a menu curated by the multi-starred chef Enrico Bartolini, who has revisited traditional dishes from Milan and beyond, with an international twist.
