About
Over 100 years, that’s how long Vancouver Hotel has been established. The name originates from the first owners being Canadian sisters who opened Vancouver in the 1920s naming it after their birth city Vancouver. The name has continued without a break for over 100 years now. In only the second family ownership, Vancouver has continued to welcome guests from all around the world. ‘In Spe Vivimus’ – The original family motto translates to ‘We live in hope’. This can be seen on some original crockery from the 1920s, now framed and hanging proudly in Reception.
