Set in the heart of Liverpool’s waterfront, Museum of Liverpool sits alongside the city’s most iconic buildings, including the Three Graces and Royal Albert Dock. Stunning views of the River Mersey and Pier Head can be enjoyed from our riverside terraces. The Museum occupies an area longer than the pitches at either Anfield or Goodison Park and is as tall as five Liver birds placed end to end. Its impressive size allows for a capacity of up to 1,000 people for a drinks reception. Its modern interior features breathtaking galleries with floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a dramatic atrium and sweeping staircase. Events also benefit from our fantastic 168-seat lecture theatre and a selection of meeting rooms. Museum of Liverpool is popular with locals and tourists alike, with its huge collection telling the story of the city. Visitors can explore how the port, its people, and their creative and sporting history have shaped Liverpool.
