Town Pavilion Parking Garage Located across from The CBE, at 13th & Grand Blvd. Power & Light District Parking Garage Located under the Power & Light District across from The CBE. Entrance on west bound 13th Street, off of Grand Blvd. Outdoor Parking lot North of The CBE Credit cards accepted Metered parking available on Grand Blvd. and on McGee St. Meters do not require payment on weekends.
