Since then, Wilhelmina's has grown to become one of the best venues in Balmain with an emphasis on serving dishes made from the season's finest produce, sourced from as close to home as possible. With a focus on Australian Wine, the list features 60+ brands and the venue plays host to monthly wine tastings, rotating through Australian-grown varieties and regions throughout the year. The menu is inspired by each season of the year using the produce we love to eat. Our meat is bought from reputable and sustainable producers.
