As the development’s restaurant anchor, Annabelle will be an American brasserie serving breakfast, lunch and dinner that will boast an approachable menu and lively ambiance. Designed by local architect powerhouse Isaac Preminger along with owner Benjamin Berg and VP of Design & Experience, Sam Governale, who oversee the interior design together, the 5,929 sq. ft. space will dazzle guests with its exciting design elements, including antique pieces hand selected by Berg, and incredible views overlooking Buffalo Bayou.
