El Cisne Azul

After forty years delighting mushroom lovers in our small tavern on Calle Gravina 19, Cisne Azul is growing and increasing its space at Gravina 27. In autumn 2013, the new restaurant was born, which seeks to continue with the traditions and customs of its namesake by expanding the space and comfort. The base, as always, is to bet on the best raw material, with wild mushrooms, meats and cheeses taking up a large part of the menu, all accompanied by top-level wines.
