Hemingway Cocktail Bar was established in Barcelona in July 2017. It takes its name from one of the most famous and influent writers, with an extreme passion for cocktails and good drinks. By using only the finest spirits, freshest ingredients and by pressing all our citrus juices daily, our aim was and is to this day to meticulously care about the quality of every product going out to our clients. We aim to keep a consistent staff basis ensuring quality in training and standards of service and are constantly looking for innovative ways to give our guests a great memorable cocktail experience.
