With private studio offices for teams of two to twenty, Hills Penthouse offers an open coworking space drenched in natural light and amenities designed for the likes of a private members club. Each turnkey private studio is fully furnished and offers sweeping views of the hills of West Hollywood or Downtown Los Angeles. With flexible monthly and annual terms, Hills Penthouse ensures your team is able to grow or contract as quickly as needed. Prospective members can choose from a selection of luxury private studio workspaces listed below, and larger teams can be accommodated with multiple studio workspaces. Hills Penthouse curates exquisite experiences through our legacy of bespoke design and taste that appeals to the refined pallets of our clientele. Hills Penthouse West Hollywood is a 3,500 sq. ft. event venue with a capacity of 200 guests. The space comes fully furnished and includes one event manager, one event assistant, a cleaning service, HVAC, WiFi and an in-house Sonos sound system. The Penthouse comes equipped with two kitchenettes, perfect for catering prep, a ‘Snug Room’, a 12’x3’bar, four refrigerators, an ice machine, three restrooms, two elevators, and of course the noteworthy outdoor terrace offering expansive views of Los Angeles.
