Arp bar de praia

This is the beach bar arp 'foot in the sand'. Here, the sensorial presence of the sea divides attention with the food and drinks. Josper's flames, the charcoal oven through which most of the dishes created by the chef pass, warm the heart of our kitchen. Without parsimony, the use of fire results in extra layers of flavor and intense caramelization. The menus are marked by the transitional moments of the day. Everyone is welcome to be here at the arp beach bar, daily from dawn to dusk.
