The threshold is low, the atmosphere relaxed, the food tastes good and the wine flows generously. The basis is the rich French cuisine in all its simplicity: beautiful seasonal products prepared with knowledge and love in a single dish or an extensive dinner. Chef Roel Paping heads the kitchen. He worked at Blauw aan de wal and Pompadour. Together with Alain, Paping is responsible for all the beautiful things Café Caron has to offer.
