Pigmeu is a nose to tail restaurant located in Campo de Ourique, Lisbon. We offer a menu that consists of a balanced combination of vegetables, offal, and Alentejo pork. Our pork is raised in a free-range environment and we make sure to utilize every part of it. At Pigmeu, we strive to promote conscious and responsible food consumption.
