In our beautiful facility, we have exhibition halls, a Grand Ballroom, natural lit spacious concourses, a fully equipped Lecture Hall, conference rooms and meeting rooms to meet the size and scope of any event from a small reception to a national convention hosting thousands. Regardless of the size of your group, we want a smooth and seamless operation before, during and after your event. And we are here to service you in the true “Volunteer” spirit of East Tennessee.

Here in the South, we care deeply about our food. It is typically the focal point of our social gatherings, and an event’s success can hinge on the quality of the food. That’s why we work exclusively with Savor. Knoxville Catering, our in-house food and beverage provider. Savor prepares all food onsite and uses homegrown food products whenever possible. Our in-house executive chef, Daryl O’Donnell, has an extensive culinary background that includes working in resorts, restaurants, and live entertainment venues.

We partner with M&M Productions USA to provide our planners with an in-house resource for all audio, video, digital, stage, sound and lighting needs. M&M Production are experts at lighting our facility and know how to put your event in the spotlight.
