Mother India is a Glasgow icon, renowned for its exceptional, flavoursome Indian cuisine. Opened in 1990, our ethos is based upon a simple idea of authentic Indian home cooking served in the warmth and comfort of a restaurant environment. Our restaurant is globally renowned, has regularly featured in prominent good food guides and was recently visited by the legendary American chef and journalist Anthony Bourdain.
