Cross Club

For many years, it has been an indivisible part of the Prague cultural network, respected not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad. Every day, it offers a music program focused on non-mainstream music genres, both in live and electronic music. On two stages, you can often meet Czech and foreign headliners of major festivals. You can also choose from a diverse range of styles from dub, dubstep, breakbeat and drum and bass to reggae, ska, punk, rockabilly and world music. In addition to the music program, the Cross club is also built on a multi-genre presentation of alternative cultures with a focus on young theater groups, author readings, travel discussions, screenings of club films and current cinematography, education using documentary films and discussions, and last but not least, afternoon theater performances for children. All this for a minimal entrance fee or completely free. In the same way, prices at bars for drinks and food are at pleasant levels available to students as well. Cross Club is also a business that offers a spectacle in itself. Its fascinating futuristic design with lots of strange objects was created and is still being recreated by František Sádra Chmelík and his team.
