Divided into two sections by Linden Ave, it serves as a popular venue for large special events permitted by the Long Beach Office of Special Events and Filming. The beach to Linden Ave section can accommodate 1,000 to 2,000 people, while the Linden Ave to Shoreline Village Drive section can gather 8,000 to 10,000 people depending on the set up.
