Altman and Company department store, The Altman Building is now a versatile private event space, boasting 14,000 square feet over two floors equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual capabilities, VIP rooms, and hotel concierge amenities. Guests are welcomed into our virtually column-free main floor, a breathtaking piece of New York history that provides limitless event production flexibility with custom hardwood floors, vaulted exposed brick ceilings, and expansive arch windows cascading with natural light. Our venue entrance is street level with original mahogany French doors allowing for seamless access.
