Café Hollander Brookfield Corners

Our most recent café to join the family is nestled in The Corners of Brookfield, right off of I-94 and Bluemound. Established in 2017, the Grand Café features multi-level seating inside, a large rooftop deck and street-level patio, and Winter Domes. Café Hollander integrates much of the area’s rich culture and recognizes the significance, and necessity for, that well-acquainted “neighborhood place” to gather, dine, and drink time and time again. It all started with our flagship location, established back in 2007 in Milwaukee’s Historic Downer Avenue neighborhood. Our first Grand Café came to fruition after many cycling excursions to the lowlands region of Europe. Inspired by the landmark Grand Cafés and our attachment to all things bicycling, Belgian biers, mussels, and frites (with heaps of aioli). Our charming and versatile spaces are perfect for your next private event, no matter how big or small! Our team of professionals will guide you through every step of the process—from the floor plan design, to the food and beverage program to the event set-up.
