Ravintola Bronda

Bronda is W-Restaurants' fifth restaurant, whose doors were opened in spring 2014. Bronda's name goes back to the beginning of the 20th century, when the famous KM Brondin's bakery and coffee shop operated in the same place. Korkeavuorenkatu was already known as "Bronda's house" and we wanted to respect the continuation of this naming tradition. The first Bronda house was already built in the 1840s and the second one was completed in the 1910s. Bronda's cafe lived its golden days in the 1920s and 1930s. The bohemians, from the artist Eino Leino to Wäinö Aaltonese, enjoyed themselves as regular customers. The third and current incarnation of the house was completed in 1975 and is still known as Bronda. How else! In the 21st century Bronda, we offer modern brasserie food in a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of our capital city. We warmly welcome families, groups of friends, companies and all other delicacies! The roots of our taste world lead to the Mediterranean flavors of the European cuisine giants Spain, Italy and France. Ideas for new dishes are born on trips to the metropolises of Europe and other continents, from which we constantly bring new ideas for our menus, our unique cocktails and to fill our impressive wine cabinet.
