Sierra

In December of 2017, Brinkerhoff Hospitality opened Sierra as a part of the RidgeGate community located in Lone Tree, Colorado. Sierra’s menu consists of timeless American classics with a Southwestern influence. All of the dishes are recipes that have originated within the Brinkerhoff family. Deeply inspired by rural Mexican architecture, centuries old brick and hammered copper catch dappled light during the day, while the vaulted steel ceiling is illuminated like a lantern at night. The atmosphere is established by the sights and scents of the wood fired oven and grill, while guests dine on classic, elegantly crafted American fare. Sierra is an upscale wood fired kitchen open daily for lunch and dinner. Featuring the absolute best in food, beverage, hospitality, ambiance and architecture. The dynamic architecture of Sierra reflects its unique surroundings. The restaurant features warm dining spaces, including a horseshoe bar, with both classic brick and hammered copper throughout to create an ambiance unlike any other.
