The Boilerman Bar Hafenamt

In the Boilerman Bar in the 25hours Hotel Altes Hafenamt you can enjoy precisely mixed highballs and long drinks in a cozy atmosphere. Jörg Meyer and Rainer Wendt opened the first Boilerman Bar in Eppendorf back in 2012. The bar is named after the highballs. Because in American train travel, the highball was a signal that asked the train driver to drive faster. Then, when it was time to really step on the gas, the boilerman was the one who had to fire the boiler. In the Boilerman Bar, it is the bar staff who are allowed to heat up the guests with their precisely mixed drinks.
