Academia de Cine

It intends to promote the promotion of Spanish cinema, defend its professionals and analyze the situation of the industry and Spanish cinema itself. The Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences of Spain, created on January 8, 1986 , is an institution governed by private law, with an integrative and democratic spirit . According to its statutes, it is a non-profit association of professionals dedicated to the different specialties of film creation, with its own legal personality, established indefinitely and governed by the principles of democracy, pluralism, transparency and participation .
