More than showcasing natural wines, GOTA’s true focus is on the winemakers themselves and their personal approach to making the grape juice that we love. The beauty about wine is that we can cultivate a close relationship with the producers and learn from them in order to become better together. Madrid has been thirsty, and so time has come.
