In 1892, Mr. Rafael Fernández Bagena created and founded the famous LA ARDOSA Winery Chain in Madrid. Owner of the wine region called "La Ardosa" and located in Toledo, D. Rafael decided to market his wines in Madrid, creating this popular chain that would number more than thirty. Currently, La Ardosa is run by his son Ángel, who is helped by the magnificent advice / culinary touches of his mother, Concepción, and by a human team whom he himself trains and educates to serve beer with the same care and devotion as always.
