Ardoka settled in Madrid in 2017, after the long journey and consolidation of his older brother in Hondarribia, with Ardoka Vinoteka. Ardoka's philosophy is the closeness of gastronomy to the public, making them part of a traditional, market cuisine, with products from our land, as well as innovative, with the presence of the pintxo as a starting point, without forgetting its combination with great wines, carefully selected for each occasion. At Ardoka we want to reach different audiences and moments. For them we have two environments, perfectly conjugable. An area marked by movement, where the future of pintxos, miniature dishes, wines and even our cocktails take center stage. Fun in its purest form. In the lower part of our house you will find a " txoko", where you can enjoy the gastronomy that our land offers in a more intimate way, being part of it. Gastronomic experience at its best.
