The NENI is a real family business, because the four letters stand for Nuriel, Elior, Nadiv and Ilan - the four sons of the kitchen virtuoso Haya Molcho. Each of them contributes their own part to the success of the company. The shared food culture has always played an important role in the Molcho family.
