We have been serving freshly grilled knuckles and homemade bratwurst for almost 30 years. In the Haxenhaus - in the heart of Cologne's old town - the venerable inn tradition is still maintained. A tradition whose foundations were laid hundreds of years ago. Knuckles in all variations and our homemade bratwurst according to the recipe of master butcher "Löwe Will" are our specialties.
