EN Japanese Brasserie was founded in New York City’s West Village in 2004, and since then it’s established itself as the city’s premier destination for seasonally-inspired, authentic Japanese cuisine. The true flavors of Japan are presented in thoughtful and nuanced Kaiseki-style tasting menus; super-fresh sashimi; creative sushi rolls; and their signature Saikyo Miso Black Cod, Washugyu, and Wagyu steaks; fried chicken; and homemade tofu.
