Tony was born in Galicia Northern Spain, went to Geneva to train as a chef, before arriving to the UK in 1968. After years of experience in high-class restaurants and nightclubs in London’s more exclusive locations through the 70s, Tony and his brother Jose started their adventure at Oslo Court Restaurant in 1982.
