Aburiya Bento House

Aburiya is a Japanese restaurant located right next to Seattle’s famous Pike Place Public Market and serves traditional and fusion sushi with unique bento and box plating. In literal Japanese meaning, “Aburi” is translated as “flame seared” and our restaurant specializes in flame seared fish using Su-me Charcoal and create amazing flavors to customers. One of our specialty entrée is Aburi Nigiri and Sashimi boxes where we use 9 & 15 compartment wooden bamboo box to present unique plating style to enhance visual attention. Using charcoal and boxes, Aburiya serves customers flavorful fish with creatively presented entrees showing difference from other traditional sushi restaurants.
