The Old Coastguard

Fourteen bedrooms, nearly all looking out over glistening Cornish inland waters, with views to St. Michael's Mount and the Lizard. And a dining room and outside terrace sitting atop a tropical garden that slopes down to the harbor wall. Ever since we came to West Penwith in 2006, we have loved its slower pace of life, an opportunity for our guests to beat a retreat from everyday 'civilization'. We will work hard with our team here to help you relax and unwind, sleeping in comfortable beds and eating simple, well-executed food that runs with the rhythms of the season and the coastal landscape. We want The Coastguard to be at the center of its local community with beer and drinks prices set for its regular customers, not the incoming tourists.
