Access to our catering kitchen is included in every rental. You may bring in your own food or hire a licensed, insured caterer.

Twenty-five (25) parking spots in our lot, eight (8) on the street in front of building, plenty of street parking in surrounding neighborhoods.

If Licensee cancels the Event within thirty (30) days of the Event Date, Licensor shall be entitled to twenty-five percent (25%) of all fees associated with the event. If Licensee cancels the Event within fourteen (14) days of the Event Date, Licensor shall be entitled to fifty percent (50%) of all fees associated with the event. If Licensee cancels the event within seven (7) days of the Event Date, Licensor shall be entitled to one-hundred percent (100%) of all fees associated with the event.

Three dedicated entrances for guests depending on which space has been rented.

Storage for vendor boxes/carts available on-site.

Event trash must be disposed of in the on-site dumpster following event by either client caterer or client. Catering kitchen must be cleaned.

All vendors associated with events must be insured.
