Acquired in 1925 by Frederico Ramirez, a prominent political figure in the Algarve region and one of the heirs of Sebastian Ramirez – founder of the famous canning company – Quinta de Cima was for four generations considered a unique agricultural holding in the Algarve. Today, the Ramirez family remains committed to honoring the family and agricultural legacy that inhabits every grain of land that supports its orange, almond and avocado groves, acquiring a renewed shine as a result of the coexisting harmony between the architecture of the tourist project and its rural surroundings. .
