The restaurant was created in 1946, in an old district of Paris. A timeless address that defies time with a smile. We still remember the happy times of the old wine market, the most famous Beaujolais vintage gave its name to our “pur jus” bistro with zinc and patinated walls. Everything here is authentic, with our Beaujolais specialties as well as our remarkable Salers beef. Our cellar has been enriched with beautiful wines from winegrowers. Since 2019, Théophile, the restaurant manager, and his team have had the pleasure of welcoming you to perpetuate the tradition of Moulin à Vent chez Henri.
