Located in the heart of the Bushwick Collective, Lot45 is a 5,000 square ft restaurant lounge. An industrial space transformed into an art-filled living room styled setting. Enter into the heated garden featuring a food truck kitchen and offering both traditional sit-down dining seating and lounge sections. The main bar room includes an elevated stage, lounge sections, and a burnished bar crafted of bowling alley wood that spans the space's length. Specially curated furniture, antique chandeliers, mirror frames and doors, a hand-painted stage backdrop, and an oversized Sandra Bernhardt mural create a glamourous old-world ambiance. Lot45 offers casual American cuisine, seasonally crafted cocktails, and nightly soundtracks from our roster of local DJ's. Lot45 is perfect for small reservations, larger parties, and private events. MERV 13 filters have been installed, and Lot45 maintains strict daily cleaning protocols and employee health screenings.
