Our family came to America from Poland but our buffet food is more than just a Polish story. In centuries past, Poland was ruled by an Italian Queen and a Hungarian King, and Its borders merged back and forth with both Germany and Russia, making it a true melting pot of cultures. And like any good American restaurant with buffets, so too is our menu.
