SOMS is the ambition to bring our best Abruzzo tradition to the city, with an always new menu, curated by Chef Moreno D'Antuono. SOMS is quality and seasonality of products, a true and contemporary Abruzzo cuisine. We believe that eating healthy, wholesome food is the basis of a better life. Our region is rich in exquisitely healthy and genuine products, and our vocation is to enhance every single flavor to the fullest. Our menu is closely linked to tradition and season, so it is updated almost weekly. The interiors of our restaurant were specifically designed and created in close collaboration with Andrea and Fausto of Maison Nuances (Pecara). Our research starts from an idea of ​​shining simplicity, which enhances the dishes and makes the experience of a meal in our restaurant unique.
